Utah Unemployment 

The tax team requires the Employers Account Number and the Employer Account PIN sent to them by Utah Unemployment when the account was set up. 

If the PIN is not available the tax team will request a letter to be sent to the employer with the PIN. 

Please get it to the Tax Specialist as soon as it has been received.
