Unpaid Absence policy without isolved time

Unpaid absences can not only be used to record when an employee's absence will be unpaid. It an also be used to track FMLA, sabbaticals, etc 

  1. Navigate to Client Managment > Payroll > Memo Calculations

    1. Add New

    2. Memo Type: Memo-Hours Worked
      Unpaid Absence wo time1
  2. Navigate to Client Management > Benefits > Absence Policies
    1. Add New
      1. Name: Unpaid Absence
      2. Earning/Memo Code: Unpaid Absence
      3. There is no accrual type
        Unpaid Absence wo time2
      4. Decide on the Time Off Request Options - most clients do not allow employees to request unpaid time off

      5. Fill in the Time Off Request Options
