Submitting POA Forms
When onboarding a new client, both the Federal Form 8655 and any applicable State POAs must be signed by the client.
To generate these forms, navigate to Client Management > Taxes > Company POA Package in iSolved. The forms are built into iSolved per agency guidelines and, once produced, include submission instructions as a second page when applicable. If no instructions are present, the accepted filing method is typically noted at the top or bottom of the form itself.
Please note that submitting a POA is separate from granting TPA access. A POA gives our tax team permission to speak with the agency on behalf of your client, while TPA access allows us to file and pay on their behalf. Both are necessary and serve different purposes.

As a helpful resource for offices that may need fax capabilities to submit POAs, Zoom Phone offers an online fax feature that may be a convenient option. To enable it:
1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin.
2. Go to Account Management > Account Settings.
3. Click the Zoom Phone tab.
4. Under General, toggle Online Fax on.
5. Click Save to confirm.
