The tax team will no longer email the Interim Reconciliation Report (Error Report) to your team. Your team will be responsible for checking these reports and clearing all errors & warnings routinely. On today’s Q&A (5/9/2024) there was a mini training on the Interim Reconciliation report and Quarter End Dashboard. 

 Interim Reconciliation (Error Report) – The Interim Reconciliation screen is a system-level screen that gives users a snapshot of quarter-end reconciliation errors and warnings in a specific quarter. This screen enables the user to correct the errors during the quarter to ensure a smooth and worry-free quarter end. We advise to pull this report weekly or bi-weekly depending on your client volume. The report previously emailed out was the Reconciliation Error & Warning Details report pulled into an Excel format.  

Navigate to Tax Filing Management > Tax Utilities > Interim Reconciliation

Quarter End Dashboard - The Quarter-End Dashboard is a management tool for organizing and managing your process at Quarter-End. These reports are per-quarter and used exclusively for iSolved Tax. 

Navigate to the Tax Filing Management > Tax Quarter End > Quarter End Dashboard  
DO NOT USE Production Utilities > Quarter End Dashboard (This is for Master Tax; we do not use Master Tax)

Important Items to Note:  

- Once errors or warnings are corrected, the errors and warnings are automatically updated each time a payroll is run or voided. You must wait to check again until another payroll is processed. 
- The errors and warnings will appear on the Interim Reconciliation Report until the last payroll of the quarter is processed. The errors and warnings for those clients will then drop to the quarter end dashboard if any still exist.  
- There may be errors and/or warnings for the tax team. The tax team will periodically check for any errors & warnings related to the tax team and we will correct on our end.
