Third-Party (TPA) Access Setup for Withholding 

If using a third-party payroll provider like Payroll Vault Franchising LLC: 

  1. Wait for their access request. 
  2. Log into SURI (switch to English, if needed). 
  3. Go to More… → Manage Third‑Party Access. 
  4. Approve access for the provider (e.g., Payroll Vault Franchising LLC). 
  5. Notify the provider when complete Payroll Vault Franchising LLC

Third-Party (TPA) Access Setup for Unemployment 

For third-party providers to file/pay on your behalf: 

  1. If provided, use temporary portal access credentials sent by the agency. 
  2. Otherwise, complete and submit the Authorization to Provide Access to the Employer Portal Services form. 
  3. After setup, the agency sends a confirmation letter with credentials—share these with your payroll provider Payroll Vault Franchising LLC
