Oregon Third Party Administrator

 Third Party Administration (TPA) Access

Oregon Department of Revenue (Oregon WH) 

  1. Log on to revenueonline.dor.oregon.gov
  2. Log in to your Revenue Online account with your BIN.
    1. If you haven’t registered yet, click Sign Up and follow the prompts.
  3. Navigate to Manage Third-Party Access
  4. You’ll see a pending authorization request from Payroll Vault
  5. Review and Approve the request. 
  6. Save your changes. 

    This will authorize us to manage your withholding tax filings, payments, and notices

     

    Oregon UI Account 

    The Frances Online portal is used for employer payroll tax reporting in Oregon, covering UI, Paid Leave Oregon, Workers’ Benefit Fund (WBF), withholding, and transit taxes (TriMet, Lane, Statewide). Payroll Vault as the TPA can directly obtain UI, Paid Leave, and Workers’ Benefit Fund access through Frances Online without client approval.
