Third Party Administration (TPA) Access

Mississippi Withholding Account 

The tax agency requires that we provide them with a Letter ID to gain online TPA access to your account. Please email pvtax@payrollvault.com with correspondence from the tax agency showing a Letter ID. For example: 

Mississippi Unemployment Account 

The tax agency requires a signed J9 Agent Authorization Form. While onboarding the employer secure the J9 Form and open a ticket with the form attached. The Tax Specialist will email and fax the J9 to Mississippi Unemployment. It takes Mississippi a minimum of two weeks to link the emplpoyer to the TPA so please get the J9 to the tax team as soon as you onboard the employer.
