Third Party Administration (TPA) Access

Idaho Withholding Account 

1. Payroll Vault Franchising initiates the TPA process by submitting a request to access your account online. 
2. Your company will receive a letter that notifies you of our request. 
3. Please email the letter that includes a TAP access code which is required to complete the online link. 

Note: The tax agency puts an expiration date on the code they send to you. 
   

Idaho Unemployment Account 

The tax agency requires we provide them with your assigned PIN to gain online TPA access to your employer account. Please send an email to Payroll Vault Franchising at pvtax@payrollvault.com with this information. If you do not know your assigned PIN, please contact Idaho Unemployment at (208) 947-1055 or (800) 448-2977.
