Human Interest Setup

Human Interest isolved Setup

  1. Setup Third Party
  2. Navigate to Client Management > Payroll > Third Parties
  3. Click Add New
    1. Third Party Name: Human Interest
    2. Third Party Type: Benefits Provider
    3. Third Party Code: Human Interest 
    4. The next following page do not need information - Addresses, Contact, and Payment Information. You can click Next until the option to Save is available.

  1. Add/Update Deferred Comp Plan
  2. Navigate to Client Management > Benefits > Deferred Comp
  3. Plans tab - Note: If plan is not setup, create plan according to Human Interest plan rules
    1. Click Edit
      1. Plan ID: provided by Human Interest 
      2. Plan Provider: Human Interest
      3. Human Interest - Deferred Comp
  4. Click on the Options tab
    1. Click Edit
      1. Check mark 'Auto Enroll All Employees'
      2. Options Tab
    2. Click Save
  5. Be sure all other tabs on the Deferred Comp screen are setup according to Human Interest plan rules
  6. Add Client to Partner User
  7. Navigate to Security > Partner Users
  8. On the right hand side search for Human Interest
    1. The Partner name should be isolved HCM REST API

  9. Click on the pencil icon and choose the Client Access tab
    1. Add Client and enter client code
    2. Click Save
    3. Human Interest - Client Access
  10. Refresh the system date
  11. Go to Utilities > Refresh System Data
  12. Click Refresh System Data Cache
