Franchise Owner: Create Custom Accumulator for “FTE by Hours Paid Report”

Note: This will only apply if the report includes hours that should not be calculated in the FTE. For Example: PTO/Vacation Payout

 

  • Reporting> Client Reports 

    1. Type FTE in Search 

    2. Click Filter 
    3. In the FTE by Hours Paid Report description, copy the Custom Accumulator name CPPP_HRS.  
    4. *Make sure to copy since the naming convention must be exact.



  • Client Management> Payroll> Accumulators 
    1. Add New
    2. Accumulator Type will default to Custom 
    3. Paste the copied name CPPP_HRS for Accumulator Title and Accumulator Code.  
    4. Check the “Allow Earnings” Box 
    5. Make sure all the Hourly Earnings you want included are checked off.  
    6. Click Save.  

 

  • This report will now run based on this new accumulator you created.
