Florida Reemployment Tax – TPA Access via RECONNECT 

How Employers Grant TPA Access 

  1. Employer Login: The employer signs into their RECONNECT account. UI Online 
  2. Assign TPA: Locate a section such as “TPA Access” or “Manage TPA” within account settings or maintenance. 
  3. Enter TPA Details: 
    • Enter Payroll Vault's TPA ID:   A0008688 
    • Set the start date for when the TPA may begin accessing the account. 
  4. Assign Roles: File tax and wage, and submit payments 
  5. Save/Confirm: Finalize the assignment and permissions for the TPA.
