Third Party Administration (TPA) Access

Connecticut  Withholding  

The tax team requests access through the TPA Login. Access requires a Letter ID, a payment amount, or the account number. If a letter ID is required, the Tax Specialist will email the Service Group to advise the Employer that they will be receiving a letter in the next 2 weeks and to get the ID to them as soon as possible.  

Connecticut  Unemployment  

The tax team enters the required information onto a spreadsheet supplied by the State. (Account Number, Employer Name and FEIN) The spreadsheet is emailed to Connecticut Unemployment with a request that they add the Employer to our TPA
