Client Instructions - How can my employees access time off balances and request time off?

Where employee's can access their time off balances and request time off in their employee self service account. 

View Time Off Balances

  1. Employees should log into their employee self service account. 

  2. Time> Time Off Balances. they can look in the "as of Last Pay Period end" Box and view the Balance. 


Request Time Off 

  1. Time>Employee Calendar
  2. Click Request Time Off button in the black bar. 
  3. Select the Absence policy in the drop down they want to request time off for. 
  4. Key in the dates of their time off.
  5. Add in hours they want to use.
  6. Click Save. 

To view Time Off Requests in Pending, Approved, or Processed

  1. Time> Employee Calendar

  2. Click on the "My Absences" tab at the top
  3. Select the date range of when you want to see and click filter
