11/21/24 Q&A Discussion Video: FUTA Credit Reductions
Review any states that have FUTA Credit reductions. These states are determined after November 10th each year. The FUTA Credit Reduction should automatically calculate in the first payroll of December.

2025 Update:
Double-check that each of your clients in a FUTA Reduction state have calculated and impounded the additional taxes. You may need to run a $0 payroll if that client has not run a payroll in December, and you will need to run a December payroll for any terminated client to collect the additional FUTA.
