Printing - Fedex Label 

When sending 10+ tax checks and forms to an agency, they should be Fedex to the agency rather than mailed for tracking purposes. 

  • Items should be processed in iSolved

  • Add to Printing sheet

  • Create Fedex Label

 

  1. Login to FedEx 

  2. Select tab Shipping > Create Shipping

    1. Enter Contact Details

      1. Enter yourself as the contact details. This information is used if FedEx cannot locate the location to dropoff.

    2. Enter the address of the tax agency

      1. Recipient address can be saved in Fedex for future use

    3. Package details

      1. Fedex envelope

    4. Service Details

      1. Ship date

      2. Shipping Service Detail Fedex Ground

    5. Pickup/drop-off

      1. Nearest

    6. Biling details

      1. Bill transportation cost to: My account

      2. Replace shipper email address with pvtax@payrollvault.com

      3. Notify for:

        1. Select the notifications as needed

      4. Add email address as needed

    7. Finalize Shipment

    8. Print label to SharePoint PV Tax > FedEx

      1. Name printing label: Batch ID - Franchise ID – Agency

        1. Example: 123456789 – COLI100 - CO UI

    9. Add label to +Printing_New spreadsheet
