• Login to ADWS Tax21
• ADWS Tax21- Under Client Account- Add New Client if Needed 
• Select Quarterly Wage and Tax Reporting 
• Enter Account Number, and click Submit 
• Click on the Account Number, and Upload 
• You can select to receive any upload errors, and Auto Complete Part A Line 1 as indicated in the highlights above 
• Next Screen, enter # of employees, and calculate the wages 
• Enter Payment Info 
• Save Payment Info into Isolved notes & save pdf to your quarterly folder for future verification (if needed)
